Whether you're searching for the perfect watch to add to your collection or looking to part with timepieces you no longer wear, we provide a transparent, concierge-level service tailored to your needs.
  • Are you a dealer?
    We act as your personal watch advisor — sourcing and selling through a trusted network of global dealers. We do carry some curated inventory that features a rotating lineup every month so that you can purchase watches that area immediately ready to ship. So yes, we're a dealer, broker, and advisor all in 1 package.
  • Why should I work with a you instead of authorized dealers?
    Working with a us means you’re getting an expert on your side. Authorized dealers sell from their own inventory and are often motivated to move what they have in stock. On the other hand, we're not tied to a ton of inventory — we help you source or sell watches based on your goals, not ours.     We are based in Dallas / Ft. Worth, Texas but we serve luxury watch clients nationwide.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At the moment, we primarily ship within the U.S., but international orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Do you accept trade-ins?
    Yes. We offer collection consolidation services and can take your watch in trade toward your next purchase.
  • Can you help me find a specific watch?
    Yes. We specialize in brokering hard-to-find watches through a trusted dealer network.
  • How long does it take to source a watch?
    Most watches can be sourced and delivered within 7–30 days, depending on availability and budget.
  • Are your watches guaranteed authentic?
    Absolutely. Every watch is professionally inspected and authenticity is 100% guaranteed.
  • How do I sell my watch to Maven Watch Collection?
    Submit a form with your watch details, and we’ll provide a buy or consignment offer. If you accept our buy offer, you ship the watch to us and we'll send payment after inspection. For consignment, you ship the watch to us for inspection and listing.
  • What types of watches do you buy or broker?
    Primarily luxury brands like Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Omega, Panerai, Tudor, Breitling, and more.
  • How do I know what my watch is worth?
    We evaluate market data, recent comps, condition, and demand to give you a fair and transparent estimate.
  • Will you buy my watch outright, or do you only broker it?
    Both options are available. Some watches we purchase directly, others we broker depending on the best value outcome for you.
  • Do I need to send my watch to you to sell it?
    Yes — if brokering. We’ll take professional photos, create listings, and handle buyer inquiries. Watches are fully insured during transit.
