FIVE-DAY REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Maven Watch Collection, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us promptly so we can make it right. Items are eligible for a refund or exchange within three (3) days from the date your package is delivered.

REFUND & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in the exact condition it was received. All original packaging and included accessories must be returned. Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
If any items are missing from the return shipment, your refund or exchange may be delayed until all original components are received.
Note: Watches sold by Maven Watch Collection on third-party platforms including but not limited to eBay and Chrono24 will follow that platform’s individual return policy. Refund eligibility and terms may differ from purchases made directly through our website.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, it will be inspected for wear or damage. If the item passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
In the rare event that a return shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate an insurance claim, and your refund will be issued only after the claim is resolved.
Please note: Maven Watch Collection does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. Allow up to three (3) business days for the refund to reflect in your original account once processed.
